    My point is that keeping Fox for 20 years "until he wins a super bowl" is not being like the Steelers. Having a consistently winning coach is and sadly Fox did not do that.

    My goodness, are we not going to hire a white coach now because Tomlin is black.

    Said the first three coaches hired, it was about what the coaches wanted, this time it'll be about what the organization wants.

    Not exactly, but I think it came on the heels of JR talking about listening to a coach argue to "stay the course" in the midst of a losing streak. Someone opined that it was '09 when Jake was tanking.
