    He keeps stressing having to pay $14.4m a year for coaches...who gives a shit. Pay $100m...do whatever it takes to win. He's still making a profit.

    Sounds like he wants to go cheap on coaching fwiw.

    He also wants an assistant. He made that VERY clear. A current NFL assistant. Does not trust the college ranks at ALL.

    Why doesn't he let Hurney talk?? At least he could answer the questions quickly, which is what JR said he wanted. Sounds like the CBA is not going well, but I'm still trying to figure out here what is of major importance.

    Not optimistic about the CBA at all, too. Basically saying the talks are frills and whistles. Wants real dialogue. Thinking grim about it...says owners are negative 200 million annually....can't sustain revenue production, blah blah blah.

    And we want to be the Steelers.
