At the referee's season commencement party, John Fox must have pissed in the punchbowl.

Lafell looked good out there. He made some nice plays and it looks like he's coming around. Gettis was a no show however.
Jstew ran well finally after blowing in every other game.
Clausen made some decent throws but overall looked timid. Looks like he had no idea the blitz was coming at times. He does have the great ability to stare down his wr. That almost pick he threw rosarios way on the slant was awful.

On the pass to Rosario, I thought it looked like it was supposed to be a slant and Rosario ran a dig pattern instead of slant.

Blitz recognition seems to be a team problem. Not only does Clausen not seem to recognize it, but neither do the blockers.

Yeah, both LaFell and Gettis have their strengths, but in two years, I think LaFell owns him. He's turning into a fine complete receiver before our eyes. He's a rookie. He'll be fine. Maybe great.

That catch on the sidelines LaFell made was incredible. And yes... it was a catch.

What sucks is the head of officiating was on TV and ruled it a catch. But the guys on the field reviewed it and still wouldn't call it one.

It was nice to see Jake finally complete a couple passes to Panthers.
