The Observer said Edwards was in Fox's doghouse. It seems like Claussen had entered also. It is so apparent that Fox is simply playing out his contract. If the fans can see it, how do you think the players feel. Otah and Williams might not be back this year because why should they risk injury when FOx could care less.

he certainly said based on how obvious it was Moore would start if healthy, that he was bagging on Clausen.

It is what it is. Other than Campbell who would we have gotten and it not being guaranteed to be worth a shit? I always thought Hurney and Fox worked well together. If Fox wanted a vet it had to be Richardson for them not spending a little to get anyone. On the plus side we won't have to worry about playoff ticket invoices. But watch Richardson raise ticket prices next year

This was a pretty disgusting press conference. YEah, threw some of his players under the bus...

John's a tough guy, and I don't think he'll lose his team...at least not the defense...but this is just ugly, and he looks like a desperate excuse maker. Wow. Real ugly.

111 yards of offense? How is that possible when we had 127 rushing and 68 passing? I know it's not a lot when you add the two together, but it certainly isnt 111. I could understand once...but he said it twice.

I watched the presser end to end and I didn't see any of this. He was asked about bringing in a veteran QB and directed them to the personnel people (I assume he meant Hurney.) I didn't see any evidence of throwing players under the bus.

i have been wondering what presser these other posters watched. i saw a guy that is frustrated and pissed off, who can't get his offense to play worth a crap. he also made the point that he wasn't going to comment on players in a context outside of the actual game.
