Actually the defense looks decent so far - if we coulda held on to the int's was my only bitch.

Before the Godfrey interception, we have not looked good. Even then, we caught an underthrown ball. WE've had problems out there with tackling and push, and rush.

 

Finally an int and turn it right back over.

 

Rookie pains...Clausen just stared him down all the way. Sigh.

 

It might help if our offense could keep the ball for a few plays.

 

I remember in the old days football teams ran the ball in the rain. At this rate there will be an NFL record for interceptions in a game. Stupid.

yes, really. That was our 2nd INT in nine attempts. We had a shot at two more. We've put him on the turf 3 times. Rush is 2 ypc.

Did we give up a couple stupid plays? Sure. But our defense isn't horseshit.

I mean, directly after a series in which we pushed them three and out, including a run stuff and an almost-INT, which was directly after us picking Palmer the first time, you said we "never" make plays. So I disagree with that.
