    It doesn't look easy at all. In fact, they have a fitness test for you to try to see if the workout is even right for you, or if it's too advanced. This is more or less a workout program for people who are in good shape, but wanna be in better shape. So if that's you, then go for it. But as I said... You need those books. If you can't get them, let me know, and I'll at least get you the workout schedule which tells the order in which to do the DVD's.

    Down 5.5 pounds since the start. I'm tired, but I'll take it. I think I'm in the middle of week 4 now. I miss the weights.

    I have had no weight gain or loss in a month. The exact same at every weigh in. I have no idea what to do ...

    I guess so. I guess my body told me enough and I'm supposed to maintain now. I'm in the low 3 digits so I guess that is that. :puppy_dog_eyes: I was hoping for a parade or something.
