    Hell of a game by the Heels. The guys stepped up and took it to the last play. Yates looked like he got a clue in the off season. Could be a fine year with or without the suspended players.

    might have helped the "do stars matter in recruiting" debate. not many ACC teams could field a 2nd and 3rd defense vs. an SEC team and still make it a decent game.

    Not sure I remember a summer where there were so many college football eligibility and recruiting issues, country wide. BNot just talking North Carolina here. USC, South Carolina, Miami. UT is still under investigation for Lame Kiffin's general shadyness for his one year there. Saban's tyrade against agents (and I'm not sure how college football fights that one. Not alone, that's for sure. You've got to get the union to suspend the agents.)

    So is the NCAA getting better at enforcement? Or is there just more to be caught. I'm not sure I'd be laughing to loudly against UNC, unless your school just doesn't need or use football money.
