    Skim Milk, Vanilla Soy Milk or Almond Milk? I don't generally have milk unless it's with cereal or a protein shake so I was thinking if Skim wouldn't be the best choice then I could add in something else.

    I will not put water on my cereal! :couto: I don't think the protein shakes would taste that great with water either. I'm going with Almond.

    it all depends on how your body produces mucos as the side effect of milk consumption. almond milk produces the least.

    I was raised on Carnation powered milk and graduated up to Skim. If I drank whole milk I'd probably stroke out. Never had Soy or Almond milk

    Vanilla Soy is great with some cereals, like Rice Crispies or Raisin Bran. Sweetens it up a bit. Drink a glass of it and you'll probably vomit.

    I don't understand why you would want to drink any of that. Whole milk or at least 2%.
