You're ready for anything, huh? I'm just ready to use some of these maters to make some of Plu's awesome salsa.

Ok...when the tommy toes are in season, I use those in addition to canned tomatoes. I change it up every time. The last batch I took camping didn't suit me. It wasn't hot enough. But here are the basics... you have to decide the taste you like-

    Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes
    Chopped Cherry tomatoes
    Onion chopped
1/2 cucumber (finely chopped in processor) -this is what gives it a green/fresh flavor
Garlic clove (sometimes two finely chopped in processor)
    Sweet Red Pepper chopped
    2 Jalapenos
    Kosher Salt (splash)
    Lime juice (splash)
Cilantro to taste ( I like a lot, but not everyone does)
    Cumin
    Chili powder
    Splash of Sugar
Lawry's Garlic Salt (don't use much kosher salt if using this)
    Ground Red Pepper
    Paprika

Then I taste it and add herbs/spices accordingly
