Pineapple

Here's one for the alcoholics.

We make this a couple times a year, pretty simple and fucking great.

We have a large jar with one of those clamp-on lids, but I guess you could use anything that closes tightly.

Get a pineapple. Peel and core it, cut it up into chunks. Stick them in the jar. Get a half gallon of vodka. Middle shelf stuff, not the cheap stuff though but you don't need the yuppie shit. Fill the jar of pineapple chunks with the vodka, try to use at least a fifth and a half. Close it up, stick it on the counter and let it sit for, oh - 4 to 6 weeks.

You can strain the pineapple out afterwords but eating is the obvious choice, but the liquor is fucking fantastic. Smooth, slightly sweet. Like wine, easy to drink but it will quickly knock you on your ass.

 

I like to take pineapple. It is verry testy.

 

I love this resippy! I do the same thing, but I sometimes substitute venison for the pineapple. Yummy and testes!!
