    Tar Heel fans should be supportive of the bill as well as it appropriates millions of dollars to Kenan Stadium to do something.

    He was at Panthers practice the other day and all the tv stations showed him in their sportscasts. I wondered why he'd be at a Panthers practice, but I guess if he was in town talking to the Niners it makes more sense.
