I need to check into that diet program. I can't seem to get it done on my own.

Finally got my BMI numbers to say "lean"! I'm a happy girl! Yes, I know...a lot of people don't count BMI numbers but it makes me happy! :SPcheer006cheerbril

Since having my last baby down 55 pounds. I have three glory pounds to go. More about toning than anything.

Wow. I actually went a little overboard and lost too much. My wife drew the line when you could see a vein running across my abs. I gained 5 lbs back on purpose and am now officially in better shape than when I was a college athlete. It can be done folks.

    Good for all of you!

My downfall is having time to keep fresh stuff in the house. I don't like prepared/frozen meat of any kind and going to the grocery store every 3/4 days kills me.

I could do so much better if I had a chef. :REDanceBanana008:

I need ideas on what to prepare that's relatively easy. I learned to cook for 20 people and not always the most healthy choices. They are fresh and home cooked, but not always the best health wise.
It would be great if you guys could share some of the meals you eat/prepare.

    Bawhahahaha!

Seriously, Ace and I have a ton of menu items we can share. I'm down another 10 lbs since you saw me last. It's easy once you get the routine down but its a good bit of work making 3 meals and two snacks everyday with fresh stuff like you said. Plus I have to make different things for the kids on top of that. They are great about eating healthy but somethings I won't make them eat...they are kids.

PS.....this was not directed at Fro. :p

Cooking low cal is pretty easy. Avoid starches. I eat alot of grilled meat. Fruits are good. Drink water.

It's alot easier than meal planning, really. Veggies but be careful, about loading with butter.

Otherwise, just google a restaurant or food item to find calorie content. Stay below 1500 intake and burn at least 250. You'll lose weight.

I have an 1800 calorie a day intake. But I work out for an hour a day too. High protein, low carb but will never give up my ice cream or coffee. When I was keeping my calories at 1200 I wasn't losing but now that I upped it its coming off easily. Funny how that works. I'm now at my weight freshman year in college but in better shape.
