The Bravos are still enjoying the home cooking with the 11th inning win last night. 29-9 (?) at home!

Another win today over the Fish. Great to see "Big Red" get his groove back on the hill. Braves 15 games over .500 for the 1st time this season.

I would have never thought that before the season. I honestly don't see how/why they are doing this good. Since the 8-14 start they are 40-19 which is insane.

Once they started hitting the baseball, they started winning games.

I don't know that I want McLouth to return.

I don't think the Braves are going to make any major move before the trade deadline. I look at it like this:

JJ is back and throwing the ball well
Diaz is back and swinging the bat well
    Heyward should be back soon
    Mclouth will be back soon

Escobar is almost certain to step it up in the 2nd half and Chipper (healthy) is due to step it up too. They could use a bat and could get one for Venters but they are not about to let him go because he looks to be the closer next year after Billy Wagner retires. Do they have enough to win the Division? I think so but to me Philadelphia is still going to be heard from. Bottom line, it was one great 1st half.
