i got my sister addicted to grilled pineapple. give the pieces a little dunk in some honey, a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, and black pepper before grilling. yum!

I love that stuff. I use the juice from the can in a marinade ...seriously one of my favorites.

1 cup crushed pineapple or juice
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup honey
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon ginger powder
    1/4 teaspoon powdered cloves

All of those are aprox. I usually put Chicken in it for about 2hrs. before grilling.
