    Yes. However, the bank will have already written the entire amount off though though it's provision/bad loan allowance. Nonetheless, the bank will still come after the friend if the original note wasn't paid off completely. Also, that friend's credit is ruined for several years.

    Thanks for the info, I'm sure it looks a ton different. My gf at the time and I actually ate at that Daryls pretty regularly and ate there the weekend before they got shut down (the first time, around 2000-01 or so.) I never much liked Red, Hot and Blue but it's certainly a visual improvement at the least lol.

    My mom and her husband's house still has not been foreclosed on. It has been sitting empty for about two years now and still nothing has been done.

    They would have had they known. I didn't get to hear the whole deal but they were talking about being scammed by the bank. They've had several people try to buy it, even one man with cash, but for some reason the deal always falls through.
