Is anyone doing this or is familar with it? I got my hands on the DVD set and am thinking about playing with it. Is there any order you're suppose to do with it?

Ha, that is funny. I was going to ask the same thing. We have it but haven't started. We are waiting until after our week long trip next month. Ace and I decided that we would have more success if we did it together. My cousin did it and he is ripped. I have two girls friends that recommend it but they are both very fit already and one is the Mother of 5 and you'd never know it. One of them does it just for fun now after finishing the program a few times. My cousin did say that it's hard and not for just someone trying to diet to lose a few. I want my six pack back and I don't want my arms to flap around when I wave! I'd love to see some before and afters if anyone has them.

Paul, there's more to it than just doing the DVD's. You need the book that comes with it, since that gives you the workout routine you need to follow with it. By just doing the workouts on the DVD's at your leisure, you're not gonna get the results that are intended. Additionally there's an entire diet plan that is all a part of the full P90X program. And there's a book that outlines that as well. Without those two books, you're not getting anything more than an ordinary workout video.

But to answer your question, yes... As HW said, we both plan to start it next month after our trip. It doesn't look easy at all. In fact, they have a fitness test for you to try to see if the workout is even right for you, or if it's too advanced. This is more or less a workout program for people who are in good shape, but wanna be in better shape. So if that's you, then go for it. But as I said... You need those books. If you can't get them, let me know, and I'll at least get you the workout schedule which tells the order in which to do the DVD's.

There's already been two threads about this.

It's a great program for getting lean. If you're someone who's not extremely motivated, it's probably not going to work.

That is what I have taken from the few people I have talked with. I'm not going to say how much I weigh because for some on here that would just be more fuel for the fire, but I'd like to lose 5-6 more pounds and not have things jiggle. That is my main goal.

i need to find someone who bought it, then quit -- they'll sell it for cheap.
