we always draft a linebacker that people thought was two rounds better, one round earlier than people think we will draft a linebacker. I'm OK with that, and this guy's a football player. He's not a starter now, but with our LB situation in flux, it makes a lot of sense. Plus he'll be hell on special teams.

I think we all were a little surprised at 1st since he's more of a 3-4 LB but I agree with you guys, this guy can flat out play football

Think they may eventually want to make him a DE?

He's only like 5 pounds lighter than Brown was coming out of college. And he's already a very good pass rusher.

there's always the "we put him with his hand on the ground and no one was expecting it" thing. I mean, I think he'd be a fine linebacker, so if we can get rush out of a 6'0.0, 240 lb wet OLB, wow.

Plus, our group of linebackers aren't this big.

Alternately, he's a blitz OLB since our blitz was SO FUCKING TERRIBLE without Davis.

Norwood is a good pick, think I'd would rather have had E.J. Wilson but no real complaint with taking a LB.

Indy used alot of undersized guys as situational rushers at DE. Maybe they try him out at Sam LB and if he can't play in space he becomes a 3rd down DE...

    A good value pick

Norwood will not fail. Mark that down. Too damn competitive. I love this pick. Pass rush potential and a killer attitude. Love em.
