So is Moore still the unquestioned starter or is there an open competition in camp?

ESPN & NFL Network are both raving about this pick right now!
No one thought he'd fall this much!

Knowing Fox, I would say they plan on letting Moore start the season, but if Clausen show's he is ready, I'd say there is a small chance he plays, but only if Moore fails.

Its a good pick. We should always have competition at QB and we do need a backup plan just in case Moore flounders or gets injured.

Honestly though, this kinda indicates the rumors that Fox doesn't like Moore for whatever reason could be true.

Clausen's coming in to a great situation, he could start (if he's the best) and still be brought along slowly.

McCoy made sense for a few reasons, but Clausen is a guy we had inside info on, too. McCoy's lack of under center experience was a concern I'm sure.

Ughh. Not a fan really. I figured we would have stuck with Moore and get someone who can help us now. I guess competition is good but the front office was saying this is Moore's team. Not anymore

I like QB, but would have liked McCoy more. But, shit, it's pretty cool.
