    At our house we usually take the leftover taters from our Sunday meal and use them a day or two after for tater soup. Seems like mom's tater soup taste better than if she cooked them on the spot. She also likes to add some sharp cheddar along with grilled onion and bacon.

    Made this yesterday, perfect weather for it. It's an EASY and good potato soup, but I'm not saying it's as good as really home made stuff.
