    I consider myself quite a good cook, good at making something from nothing, but there is no way I could make an horsdourve out of eel, Strawberries and vodka. It's amazing what they do.

    I've tried watching it a few times and I can't get into it. I think my ADD kicks in and I miss a lot of what is going on.

    I think that's why they have lots to pick from. There are several I can't get into. I'm tired of "Ace of Cakes" everything he does is fondat. Amazing yes, but I'm bored now.

    So, did anybody watch Top Chef Masters on Bravo? Saw the marathon (or at least the last 3 shows) last week with Rick Bayless winning. Bayless is the chef who does the Mexican cuisine on PBS.

    I've thought the same thing. As soon as they open the baskets, I sit there and try to think of what I could do. When they brought out the eel, I gave up.

    Yup. Me, too. I think that Geof is the coolest guy on the show, though.

    OMG
    So one of the JUDGES is ANGRY because his pasta was sticking together. ANGRY...how can sticky pasta make one angry. I think maybe he's taking this whole thing way too serious.

    Yeah, I saw that one. That guy takes himself wayyy too seriously. I think they all do, but he is one of the worst.
