If you're having Brunswick stew why the bbq? Brunswick stew is a meal all to itself. I'd've chose shrimp.

Henry James BBQ in High Point was the best I ever had. Deno's in Mocksville is also excellent. In Charlotte, the BBQ King on Wilkinson is pretty good.

I did a Boston Butt couple of days ago. Sprinkled it with Worchestershire and Heinz 57, then Tony Chachere's, salt, and pepper and rubbed it all in. Put it in a Browing Bag on 275 degrees for about 9 hours. OMG. It absolutely melted in your mouth.

when I do shrimp kabobs on the grill, I make a brine out of ocean water and stinky pete's hot sauce and soak the shrimp in it overnight. Then I inject the shrimp with heroin.

Should give Fry Daddy's in Rockwell a try the next time you're passing through. Fish is excellent there.
