    I am down 12 pounds since the first of the year. Not as good as you but it is a start...

    Not yet. I discovered that one of my pain meds were contributing to my weight gain. Once I stopped taking it, I dropped about 7 pounds in 10 days. I'm going to see if I can get that momentum going again without going back on the shakes. The reason I'm waiting is because that was roughly the rate of weight loss I had when I was on the shakes, so if I can do that well without them, I'd rather not go through the time, hassle, and expense of the program.

    That makes sense. I have started eating oatmeal for breakfast every morning and that has helped some. It seems to keep me from being hungry longer than other breakfast choices. They make one with "weight control" on the box and it works better than the regular kind.

    It's probably got some kind of a protein boost as an appetite suppressant, which is very cool. Stick with it. :smile:
