You don't gain 75-100 lbs in three months, so it is not realistic nor healthy to think you will lose that much in three months. Like i said, this is a lifestyle. You eat right, get some exercise, and stay fit. Every day.

I am lucky in some respects. But I still work hard. I have run two marathons, several half marathons, and done some adventure endurance races. I dont do these things because I am an endorphine junkie. I do them to help me stay disciplined and fit. I don't expect someone who is 100 lbs overweight to go buy some New Balance running shoes and start training for a marathon. But you start somewhere.

The formula is still the same. Burn more calories than you take in. The deficit that is created is really up to the individual.

Weighed in at 217 yesterday. 32 pounds over my target weight. I feel like garbage, I'm frustrated and embarrassed. I called my doc to get back on my program.

    I suck.

I don't mind being a little overweight. As long as you're not obese, you shouldn't beat yourself up over it.

You lost a lot more than that before. I am sure you can get it under control.

It is really hard. People who are not predisposed to being over weight do not understand the nature of it. It is like having an addiction you have to resist it every day of your life.

That's a lot of weight in 7 weeks. How tall are you and what did you weigh?
