How am I an idiot ? Look at all the talent Roy had at Kansas. He never won the big game there. It took a controversial call (against Villanova) for Carolina to advance and finally win it in 2005. Carolina was far better than any other team last year, it wasn't even close. Any coach could have won with that team. After Duke lost Reddick and Shelden, they had nobody. Coach K still lead them to the tournament as a 6 seed and 22 or so wins. If you're going to argue with me about Roy being a better coach than Coach K, then you're the moron.

 

Go back and find where I said that Roy was a better coach than K. I'll wait...

You probably think that if Fred Brown and Chris Webber hadn't miscued then Carolina would be less two championships, too. Idiot.

Calls or plays like that happen most every game, it's actually part of the game, but I guess when it comes to UNC, we should take them away if it favors UNC?

 

I think the Georgetown pass to a Chapel Hill player was a pretty big miscue. The Webber time out was less damning, because michigan was losing and that just iced the game.

 

Carolina was ahead of Georgetown, too. The botched pass cost them an attempt at a final shot to win. I've heard people say that Michael hit 'the shot' after that bad pass. Stupees, all of'em....

 

Absolutely not, but there is no way of knowing what would of happened if the technical hadn't been called and Williams didn't hit those free throws or what would of happened if Brown didn't throw that pass to Worthy. Not saying anything would of turned out different; however, I can't say things would have been the same either.
