    Well, of course sane people include sweet relish in their egg salad; in 'tater and shrimp salads too, sillies.

    Please--not Rachel Ray. She gets on my last nerve.

    Eggs, yellow mustard, a little dry mustard, Dukes mayo, salt, pepper. That's it. Sweet pickle cubes in potato, chicken, shrimp, ham salad--but not egg salad. Not in deviled eggs, either. IMHO

    Keep sweet pickle cubes out of everything and replace them with dill cubes. And yes JB, I want them in egg salad.

    my grandmother had to switch to dill but that's because my grandfather is a diabetic. It's good, i like it too.

    why? i like em. I also like bread and butter pickles and lime pickles too.
