    That doesn't sound too bitter.

Belichick doesn't allow that. Unlike Fox, he has control of his team.

Belichick just wouldn't allow a player to take plays off huh? First name that comes to mind is MOSS. If your pats get peppersita then they'll have a much bigger and more expensive coaster on defense too.
If you are referring to financial matters Fox has nothing to do with that but I would agree that Hurney has made/endorsed some very questionable moves

Am I mistaken, or did they kinda screw the pooch on Adalius Thomas?

When Belichick thought Thomas wasn't giving enough effort he benched him. Thomas was left behind for the trip to London as a healthy scratch. He got his shit together after that.

Nobody in the Patriots organization, incuding Brady and Belichick, thought Moss was taking plays off and they said so. I remember some idiot corner from the Panthers claiming Moss was cruising on certain plays but that just sounded like sour grapes after another pitiful loss.

If Belichick thought he was taking plays off, he would have benched like Adalius Thomas. BB made no excuses for the reason behind that benching.

They said Corey Dillon would be trouble in NE also and that seemed to work out pretty good.

Do you really think that they would admit that to the public? Moss is a primadonna crybaby and calling him out would have only made that worse. He played like shit in that game. One catch for 12 yards and he fumbled on the play. A guy with his kind of talent shouldn't get shut down like that. Ever.

Moss was playing with a seperated shoulder (including the game with us) most of the season. The problem is they didn't disclose it. They didn't call him out becuase they knew he was playing with an injury.

They called out Adalius Thomas and he bitched to any radio station in Boston that would listen. In the end, he shut up and played harder.

Do you really think BB is afraid to call out a player?

    Now see chips post above.
