    Anyone got a good recipe? Something similar in spicy to BoJangles, but with more of a homemade taste. Not wanting something outta a can.

    I imagine that the same shit that I use for dirty rice would work; TONY CHACHERE'S Original CREOLE Seasoning.

    I bought some of this one time. It is pretty good to sprinkle on chicken and pork chops and just to use in a variety of ways as a seasoning....

    You should be able to find it in the spice section of most any grocery store, and probably in the seafood section as well.

    I use Tony Chachere's on just about every meat dish I make. Use it like seasoning salt, either a little or a lot. Good stuff.

    You can get it at any grocery store. It's in a round canister in the spice section, green and white label.
