Butter, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, brown sugar, soy, a little chinese 5 spice, oregano.

Ever bake the wings until they're done, THEN fry them for a few minutes? Then toss in sauce. Delish

    My hotsauce preferences
    Mexican - Cholula 1st
    Goya
Melinda's (not sure what heat grade, know the bottle)
    Tapatio

    Eggs - Crystal
    Tabasco
Generic Louisiana hot sauce if vinegar based

    BBQ - Crystal
Generic Louisiana hot sauce if vinegar based

    Wings - Franks
    Texas Pete
Generic Louisiana hot sauce if vinegar based

I have no less than 10 hot sauces in the house at all times, sometimes upwards of 25. I crap fire. Anyone ever made their own? I grow Cayenne peppers, and have a ton of ground chili powder (cayenne and the like) and have wanted to make my own, but have always been too lazy.
