I would say the best you can hope for at this point is to slip into the dance as a high at-large seed and take a 1st round ass kicking. If that is satisfying to you then I can't really debate you.

    Message From Coach Lutz

"Last night was a fantastic night of celebration for Niner Nation! As a sea of green, you showed tremendous school spirit and served as an important part in our 74-64 win over a very talented and nationally ranked Temple basketball team. Your support was crucial in guiding us to victory in what continues to be a special season.

As I said last night - The Niners are Back!! We will do our part to continue that and hope to see the continued Niner Nation spirit alive and well in Halton Arena.

Thank you for your loyal support and as always, wear green and GO NINERS!!"

An ass-kicking in the first round wouldn't satisfy me. However, I'd be pretty excited to make it back to the tournament after an 11-20 season, and not making it since 2005.

Niners at UMASS tonight at 6 on espnU

DG scores 34 and the Niners roll by 14 on the road at UMASS.I was worried about this game after the big win against Temple, but Green was lights out again.Niners are now 6-1 and share 1st place with Xavier and Temple in the A-10.
