    I read or heard somewhere that it's against NC law to serve raw meat(fish) and what they sell as sushi is some kinda synthetic stuff. Any truth to that, you reckon?

    Love me some US Sushi (ran into Wossa and Fancy once there). The gf likes it because she can get "regular" Japanese food there too. Like Mags, I usually get a bento when I'm there.

    Love going to Asiana's in Asheville. They have a crew of sushi artists along the buffet line making it as you watch. Very fresh.

    Favorites have to be the Usagi Roll (Smoked salmon on top of a rice bed) and the Spicy Cream Cheese Roll which has cucumbers, crab meat, a pepper.
