Valentina Picante is an ingredient in my wing sauce. I also like it on burritos and my enchilada casserole.

    I'm just learning now.
I like Texas Pete as an all-encompassing sauce. It's cheap and I can dump it on stuff haphazardly. I always thought Tabasco was a tiny bit too vinegary.
I recently tried the sriracha - cock sauce - and enjoyed it.

So based on a discussion other people were having, I figured I'd try maybe an auxiliary hot sauce, get something for work if nothing else. Kinda went for the Tabasco Chipotle, thinking that'd be tasty.

But the Cholula was buy one - get one at Teeter (still kinda expensive) and so I got the Chipotle and the Chili Garlic.

So good, both of them. I wouldn't dump a ton into chili or eggs or make wings with it or anything, but wow that's tasty.

Anybody add hot sauce to spaghetti sauce? I use Texas Pete, it's alright, but it doesn't seem to be exactly right. What do you use?
