    It depends on how I'm going to use it, or what I'm going to use it on. Texas Pete is always in my 'fridge. Always. The above choices make my favorites list as well.

    The best hot sauce I have ever had was locally made (Chapel Hill) Flounder Juice Habeneros, and sweet potatoes. My everyday sauce is Franks Hot sauce.

    depends on the use but I like Valentina for Tacos or Burritos

    friend is testing out a line to sell commercially that I like on oysters and carribean type stuff

    I got some at the fresh market store in Kiawah and I've never been able to find it again. Best stuff I've ever ever had. It wasn't TOO hot, about a 5, and I can stand hotter, it was just the flavor was SO good.

    I even called them to see if they could tell me the name of it and they couldn't.

    Depends on what I'm putting it on. I use Texas Pete for my wing sauce. I've tried others, and nothing comes close.

    But as far as just overall flavor of a hot sauce is concerned, I could eat this stuff with a spoon, it's so good:
