    I need a good one - BAD!

Every morning I wake up and my neck is sore as hell. Lenore is the same way. We've had pillow issues for awhile. Not sure what kind we have now but they are supposed to be nice pillows and weren't cheap. They still suck.

We've bought cheap ones, we've bought nice ones. Soft, firm - you name it we've bought them and all of them SUCK.

Never really had problems until the last year or so - what ever pillow I bought seemed fine. Now they all feel like elements of torture.

ANybody have any suggestions? Had problems but found a solution? It sucks waking up at four in the morning wanting to get out of bed because my neck is sore.

Ok.. they're gonna cost you, but temperpedic makes pillows and there is one, about 90 bucks, that's to die for. It's heavy, but so soft and yet firm. There's no way to describe it really, you have to go look at it. OMG i love my pillow. Now I gotta say, I use two (a goose down and that one) because I like it higher up, but the temperpedic one goes by my head. Helps my neck a lot.

If you leave it in the cold, it will get really hard and you have to sort of reconstitute it. Sounds crazy but you'll see what I mean. Try not to let them get cold.

Let me know, I will be interested to see if you've tried them.

    The Issue Of Pillow

Dear Mr.Wossa,in the living world, the mortality rate is absolutely 100%.Keeping this thing in mind and to flaunt my spirituality,I never use a pillow while sleeping. So my recommendation and that to from a medical student is not to use a pillow for some weeks and you only will feel the difference.

wossa, you ever see those small tube shaped decorative pillows? i actually have a 'bone' shaped one, i LOVE. i do not sleep with a regular pillow. i ONLY want something under my neck for support, not my head raised. i swear i'll never go back to regular pillows. try rolling up a towel and putting it under your neck and see if you like the feel.

if you get one of these decorative type pillows give it time to break down a bit, it'll be stiff when new.
