Concept

Oh I know how if feels. I've always wanted to take lessons but I figure I would be in the way more than anything lol. I keep trying to get one of my friends to go into a bakery with me. She and I have both gone to art schools for a lot of the same things and she has worked as a decorator before. I figure with our creativity and design ideas would could do it. I know its a lot of work to start up a business. I did one about 8 years ago and sold my half about a year into when I saw it wasn't going anywhere and made a hell of a profit for what it was. But cooking is very personal. It allows you to comfort and to simply fill up a hungry belly. I love it. Cash talks and read a whole bunch!

 

I know--the stats aren't very encouraging. Don't think I'd have to borrow any money though, fortunately. Still figuring it out.

 

For sure. Got to research thoroughly and plan carefully. Still hope it can happen one day, though. May have to wait until the boys get through school, but that's OK, too.

 

Couldn't hurt to write up a business plan and keep it on hand. You never know what could fall in your lap one day.
