    at least the wolfpack beat pitt, but if im not mistaken they beat carolina also - there is a reason its called BABY BLUE

    Somebody needs to tell unc they were playing in a bowl game. They could have selected app state and got more fans to show up. That is embarrassing fir that bowl. Why they keep getting selected for that bowl is beyond me.

    What a thud of a performance in the Tire Bowl ? The UNC offense is a disgrace. The OL is bad, the tailbacks are not Div 1 level, the qb is very shaky, and the wr's are for the most part average. The defense should be ashamed for letting Pitt cram the ball down their throat in that winning drive too. This was a very disappointing season for Carolina, it needs to get a lot better next year or Butch is going to get ran out of town.

    carolina played in a crappy bowl that what? 35k people showed up to in the heart of carolina country and on top of that you got your tails whipped - congratulations, your an overrated team with an overrated coach and the only thing carolina fans can talk about is all the blue chip recruits they have coming in NEXT year and once they get to carolina thier not as blue as you thought ( maybe you really cant make chicken salad out of chicken shit) so i guess what im saying is the boys in baby blue suck. but keep yur heads up because in typical baby blue fashion "wait til next year"

    You summed it up pretty good. UNC was very fortunate not to be down alot more in the 1st half. The defense didn't play up to it's potential. Where was Kendric Burney? Didn't hear his name much. Shanahan was wide open most of the game, & Dion Lewis ran wild behind a much better offensive line. Yates is very shaky: 2nd worse QB rating in the ACC & threw more interceptions than TD's this year. He now has something like 37 interceptions in his career. No doubt the year could have been much better. Losses to Va., FSU, & State, who were all having down years. Another 8-5 season, with a loss in the Tire Bowl.

    It's amazing they have no more depth at tailback. They don't have a back that can break 5.0 in the 40. Houston is a goal line back and nothing more, Droughn when he was healthy was only mediocre. Wow the red shirts don't have to that good to improve the running game. The O Line is a bunch of pussies.....
