    Charlotte vs Duke Thread

Love Duke tomorrow.May get a little radical and throw a big play out there because ASU cant play with them. Boateng could do a little inside, but even Zoubek should be able to contain him.Duke could win by 40

He is not only a bad coach who has ruined that program, he is also an arrogant little jerk that is disliked by most of his ex players and a disturbing majority of people that know him off the court.

Remember, he is only at Charlotte because nobody else wanted him...besides S. Alabama and he almost took that gig.

I am not the least bit excited about that team. I boycotted that program, along with a lot of people, 3 years ago and might have come back but I am gone for good now and don't give a shit. Maybe I would be back if Judy and Bobby were gone, but I doubt it.

Before you dismiss my leaving, factor in that my family and I were season ticket holders introducing our children to the program, which is what that school needs. I can name dozens of people in my age range who have dropped season tix and stopped following the program with their families because of Lutz, Judy or both. Most of these people gave a lot of money.

I get your beef over the past few years with Lutz's coaching, but I've known him pretty well for years off the court and he seems like a great guy. And the comment about former players not liking him seems pretty strange too. I see former players come back to games all the time.

Either way, it sucks that you and your family are no longer supporters. I feel like we are really going in the right direction. The team has a great group of freshmen and sophomores to build around over the next few years. I just hope the massive amount of students who have been coming to games this year will be active alumni once they graduate.

They don't come back to see him, that's for sure. I wish I could post what some of them say about him. You might find a Plavich or 2 that like him because they were one of Bobby's guys but that's it.

As far as off the court, I guess you have never really dealt with him outside of hello and a handshake. He treats people like shit. I know several people who have had business dealings with him and he treats them and their employees like dirt.

Considering the visiting teams, yeah, it hasn't been to bad. Especially coming off a 20 loss season. Besides, we scraped by the mighty Winthrop Eagles yesterday. Now on to ODU, TENN, and GA Tech.
