The Not so Big 10 is looking to add a school. Notre Dame is the obvious target. Would it happen now ?

The better question is what happens if ND doesn't join up. Who do they take instead? Rutgers? Pitt? Missouri? Iowa State? Cincinnati? None of them seem to fit quite as well.

I think that Pitt is the only other option that makes any sense. I actually think Pitt is a better choice than Notre Dame.

I have always thought that Pitt would have fit in well with the ACC, better than Boston College. I know it's about the New England TV market but Boston is a world away from most of the league.

I think that Missouri would jump at the chance to move out of the Big 12 and join the Not So Big 10.

I think it's Notre Dame & only Notre Dame.

I think Louisville would be a better fit for the SEC than the Big Ten. Why do you think they're the best fit?

Their proximity to and intermingling with Indiana and it's fan base as well as the fact that it isn't a traditional Big East school. I spend alot of time there and the city identifies itself with the midwest much more than the South. The rest of Kentucky doesn't see he city as part of Kentucky or the South either. It just seems like the people there orient towards Indiana and Ohio.

Iowa State would work too but I'd think it would be easier to pry Lou from the Big East than the others.
