    Once the final BCS poll is released, I'll post my brackets for a national playoff as I've done for a few years.

    And yes, I'll use the BCS poll as a pattern. I dont trust it to matchup 1 vs 2, but for seeding purposes its the best thing out there on a formulated system.

    If Colt McCoy had held on to the ball a little longer(1 tick, maybe 2) we would have had a Alabama-Cincinnati National Championship game. Cincinnati edges out TCU (.8878 to .8836) in final poll.

    I'm just hoping for a good game. If I had to pick a winner, I'd give the edge to Alabama (28-17). Hope the month layoff doesn't hurt either team.

    And Notre Dame would probably still be looking for a coach. I don't think you can turn down the opportunity to win a National Title.

    The BCS Championship is a joke.

    How can it be a championship when the way they get there is due to polls, computers, and if you are in a particular conference.

    Joke.

    As far as the game goes, I hope Alabama wins because only two things come from Texas and I really don't want to see a bunch of gay farm animals parading around as national "champions."

    I'll take the Horns. Mack has been hot in big games but so has Nick Saban. I think Colt McCoy has a big night. Even in the face of Alabama's good defense Texas is going to put some points on the board.
