    I know we're joking about the BCS conferences in basketball, but in that respect the PAC 10, much like the ACC in football, isn't competing for any National Championships. In the last 10 years they haven't won one & have lost in the title game twice (2001 & 2006). All your National Champs come from the BCS Conferences & most of your runners-ups do also in basketball. Only Memphis (Con. USA) has crashed the title game party. The strength of each conference is over-stated also because certain schools are carrying their conference, year-end & year-out.(example: Duke & UNC in basketball)

    2006: lost to Florida 73-57
    2007: lost to Florida 76-66
    2008: lost to Memphis 78-63

    Pac. 10 has no titles!

    Yeah, but the final 4 is the equivalent to like the Cotton Bowl or something. Pretty good, but not BCS caliber.

    Close, but no cigar caliber. Heck, this year, no ones expecting anything out of the Pac. Ten in basketball. Maybe Washington.
