What is a food that, if you don't have it, Christmas is not complete?

I've been making the same thing for years so I guess it wouldn't be Christmas without it- braciola (rolled flank steak) filled with provolone, salami, bacon, boiled eggs and fresh parmesan simmered in neapolitan gravy (tomato puree, garlic, mushrooms and red wine- basil, oregano and parsley too). We'll have spaghetti or homemeade noodles with it and a green salad. I'll make some crusty bread and we'll have zabaglione for desert. I'll probably sautee some broccoli w/garlic for the little guy- he loves broccoli [IMG]

I'll also make some bagna cauda and fresh veggie chunks for snacking before dinner and probably honeydew and pears with prosciutto and/or salami for the kids.
