Great Job by Duke last night. Singler only scored 6 points and they held off and basically dominated the game. The score dwindled down a little more at the end with some careless turnovers and Duke being more worried with running time off the clock rather than scoring. 1st part of the game I thought Duke was in trouble. They settled in and when they made UCONN play 5 on 5, they dominated. Lance Thomas played the best game I've ever saw him play. Zoubek needs to continue growing some manhood and get stronger and bigger on the inside. He did pretty well considering theres times that he looks like an oversized 12 yr old. Overall I was pretty impressed and proud to be a Duke fan last night. We shot and made some 3's, but I love that our entire game isn't surrounding the outside shooting.

Duke still badly needs a PG. The last ten minutes of the UConn game looked a lot like last year. Hopefully Andre can get more comfortable in that role as the season goes along. Scheyer tries as hard as he can but he'll never be a natural point.

    Agreed

That's the only worry I have. Teams can still spread us out like Nova last year and certain teams have done in the ACC against us like UNC last year and drive on us after spreading us out. Too bad Kyrie Irving couldn't already be here! Any new evaluations on how soon Mason Plumlee may be back for Duke?

Larry Drew is the best shooter on the team. I told that to my friends 2 weeks ago. He's only going to get better. I have no idea why Michigan State didn't play zone. Playing man against UNC is stupid. Carolina played very well, but I do not think Michigan State is that good. I didn't at the beginning of the year. It's not just cause Carolina beat them. But they played their best game they have all year. If they play like that, they'll finish 2nd in the ACC and push Duke to the very end.

    A pattern is emerging!

    Maine downs BC.
    Florida downs State.
    Charleston downs Heels.
    Georgia downs Tech.

    Big Ten wins the challenge!

    Down year for the conference?
