I was also getting cross examined by B&B, but I guess he lost his fire.

Obviously a coach is needed to call plays and design a game plan. No coach can turn Eric Shelton into Deangelo Williams....

That really doesn't answer mine or magnus' responses to your 'coaching doesn't really matter argument'

I'm not going to argue with you about this anymore, because I realize that you see it one way, and that you're to stick to that no matter how bad of a game Davidson has. He could call an end-around every play and you'd still think he's better than Henning.

nope. I just don't think that a bad game from Davidson suddenly makes what Henning did here better (like early in the year when Mike Tirico actually said "this is the slowest two minute drill I've ever seen" while watching Miami fail - with Pennington). But, fantastic argument the way you really brought nothing to it but did manage to ask one question a couple times. I mean, I even respect Thelt for trying.

Nobody believes that Davidson is competent.

that's fucking stupid. Jeff Davidson thinks Jeff Davidson is competent, so you're done right there.

Also, don't bother with the idea that we specifically ran better in 07 with the same players, no QB; and that we've run better ever since. I'm not happy with every Davidson decision but we do well at what we set out to do.
