    1. Bobby Bowden (3 straight losses)
    2. Ralph Friedgen (2-4, loss to Middle Tennessee St., probadly will be the 1st coach fired!)
    3. Dabo Swinney (2-3, w/ Wake & Miami next)
    4. Tom O'Brien (2 straight ACC losses, 1 to Duke?)
    5. Butch Davis (0-2 ACC, next 2 games: Florida St. & Va. Tech, seat might get much hotter)
    6. Al Groh (2 straight wins! seat getting cooler!)

O'Brien isn't so much as Archer (D-Cord) is.

As long as Butch Davis keeps recruiting OL like TJ Leifheit he will remain at NC.

UT needs lineman in the worst way and it was down to NC or Vols, but Butch and Leifheits mom decided that NC was the best place for their boy.

Leifheit also knew that he could play as a freshman at UT....go figure?????

I agree with that. If the defense struggles this weekend, I wouldn't be surprised to see Archer gone.

Yea its easy for him now. He has a senior QB and nobody has high expectations for Duke right now. Beat State and gave VT all they could handle was impressive by all means, but next year will be an interesting year for Duke.

I say Al Groh is gone no matter what he does.

I would put Groh ahead of O'Brien and Davis at the very least and probably Dabo too.

Bowden won't get fired, just pushed out like he is now

Friedgen and Al Groh are gone

    Dabo just got started

TOB, if Chucky got as long as he did, TOB will too - there isn't anything better right now. Losing to Duke isn't good, but it doesn't put him on the "hot seat". Same for Davis
