The play was designed to just cut. At least I assume. If not he fucked that up too, but in the end he just went to cut and got sidestepped.

He's getting his PT and his touches. I'm not worried about how we're using the TEs. If Hoover and Fiammetta are both gimpy, though, we'll need one of the two TEs behind the line for some of those looks, though.


The more I saw Barnidge the more I realized he's the shittiest blocker we have. One play he did block down well, DW scored on. He doesn't look comfortable in a 3-point, he never challenged the deep middle, and he went back to his role. Didn't he also have the bad block on that Baker punt block (where Baker just took a long time to get the ball out)?

 

Was that the one where Baker took the towel out to wipe the ball down before he punted it?

 

Nope it was the one where he autographed the ball first. And yes that was on Barnidge.
