    you really think so? I mean I know that Bobby is still around, but isn't Jimbo more or less running things now? I know everytime they show a sideline shot of Bowden and he's holding headphones they comment about how it's rare to see him involved.

    is that the national perception? that jimbo is running it at all? absolutely not. there are FOUR coaches above him in the org chart -- and that's the problem. he's the HCIW, but has zero power.

    jimbo needs total control so he can get those termites out of the house. bobby? gone. mickey? gone. amato? gone. allen? gone. carter? gone. haggins? gone.

    amato is seriously screwing things up. he may get fired this week. allen is a joke.

    really surprised to know that Amato has been that bad. But I know it is what it is.

    And it's tough with their structure, certainly.

    Don't know. Glad it's not my call. But things aren't right. Even Miami, where I never thought that Shannon was a good hire, is on its way back up, and you can't afford to be 3rd best amongst the typical powers and have to deal with the new guys.

    HCIW is actually third on the reponsibility chart. Unbelievable. Why would you set up your org chart like that. I had always thought he an Bobby worked together after he was given the new title.
