We need to get rid of Fox and his entire staff. These guys are not getting it done and the are embarrassing to watch. The team plays with no heart and the coaching staff does nothing to change things. Why the hell is Jake still our QB? Why the hell are we paying Peppers $17 Million this year? Why the hell does Moose get sent on go routes? These guys are complete idiots. Everyone in Carolina knows that Jake SUCKS, Peppers has NO heart, and Moose is a possession receiver except the fools coaching the team.
We need a Gruden to come in a light a fire under their asses. This is the perfect time for a change, it's a bye week, which gives Gruden 2 weeks to install his new system.

Gruden is an interesting guy to hire if Fox is fired, but to expect him to come in during the season and do anything is delusional.

God created the Heaven and Earth in six days. Cowher could do it in five, then he'd spend the other two days of the week combing his moustache.

Gruden lived off a defense that he had no hand in, and then ran average offenses at best. He did run the ball surprisingly well and would do good with that, but if you want to cycle fifty QBs in the next two years, he's your guy. And his guys quit on him at 9-3.

Changing coaches mid season almost always works and leads to a superbowl that same year. Just think of all the times it has been done in the past with success......

Just to make it clear - we will not change coaches midyear. As a matter of fact while some teams do cut midyear and there's some precedent for that, I can't think of a team ever - EVER - hiring anyone midyear that wasn't with the team.
