Paulus should have been good for at least one roughing the QB call just from his experience at dook from falling down anytime somone ran near him.

    Rob's right!

I made a comment about Duke losing to Richmond. But, the only reason I did that is because Franchise made a comment about Paulus was still a loser & choker. Well, I saw the loser & choker comment & immediately thought of Duke Football, where Paulus spent his last 4 years playing b-ball. So really, Franchise started this whole episode of random comments. In a six degrees of Kevin Bacon sort of way you can connect the dots:

Tim Robbins & Kevin Bacon were both in Mystic River.
Tim Robbins starred in Bull Durham, which was filmed in Durham, NC.
    Duke University is in Durham.
Duke loses a lot of football games.
    Paulus played B-ball for Duke.
Paulus enrolled at Syracuse to play football.

Well Rob I think it's safe to say I was underestimating you. At least not your intelligence.

Karl is actually Lee Corso, which is important to know before you engage in conversation with him.

But I still agree with Franchise, he is still a loser. He is still trying to figure out how to flop without getting hit to get a roughing the passer penalty.

Yeah I wasn't trying to be rude or anything. I just see something thats said and reply to it. I have always been a Duke bball fan and I could relate to alot of what Paulus did in the game Sat. to his bball career. He looked quite honestly for the regulation period to be a pretty good QB and leader as he was at Duke in being the leader and vocal leader bout helping getting people to play sometimes outside and beyond what normally would happen. Then in OT it seemed like alot of what took place many times at Duke where he took it upon himself and tried to do a little too much just by forcing that pass in there. I praise the kid for his performance during the regulation but hate to say it but with an upcoming game against Penn State this week looks like the Orange will fall to 0-2 ... Hey does anybody know how Sexton did this week for Catawba? That's the QB who transferred to Catawba College after playing most of the year last year for UNC after Yates got injured. Just wondering if anybody knew how he did. Thanks

Dennis relieved starter Cameron Sexton (Laurinburg, NC/Scotland Co. HS/UNC) after the third play of the game and went on to complete 12-of-24 passes for 174 yards. Sexton left with an ankle injury on a late hit after completing his lone pass attempt.

    ouch..

well guess that answered that question... that sucks for that young man.. Another man I'm anxious to see soon is the kid Quin Smith from Hibriten that plays now at S. Carolina. I believe he is playing on the defensive side of the ball for them whereas he made most of his fame around the Unifour area in the backfield.
