Washington looked good. RW looked out of shape. USC's defense is quick, sucks to hear all those guys from the state of NC though on their team. Garcia is better than last year. NC States defense played very well

I never got a chance to watch the game but from the score it sounded like the defense for both teams was really good. Sounds like SC should give the game ball to T. Baker for the fumble.

Oh well, at least they kept it close compared to last year.

both defenses were good but it was as much due to how inept both offenses were.

I really hope RW was just tentative due to what happened last year with SC but man, he didn't look all that good last night. He repeatedly got chased down last night and that just wasn't happening last year. Course, a Clemson grad I work with reminded me today that if our WRs had caught a couple of key passes, we would be talking about how RW led the team back and was a warrior. Lots of truth to that!

He looked kinda slow but it was like every play the LT let his guy come around like he wasn't even there. I wonder if that would have been different had the starter not gone down.

Yeah, Norwood was constantly beating our LT. Vermiglio would have played him much better (I think at least). But, injuries are part of the game and the backups need to get better.

NC State's receivers couldn't catch the swine flu.
