    Nope, just Gorilla Glue those suckers to yer feets. You'll be good to go. On a side note, a cortisone shot and stretching go great with Dr. Scholl's heel thingys.

    Ok, got the heel thingys, wore real shoes all day, felt better this morning, explain the stretches, I really want to avoid a needle in my foot.

    I've had cortisone shots in the side of my left heel twice. Got no relief. I bought the high dollar orthotics and things were better for a while. I have a Plantars wart (bone spur) that's growing from heel towards front. I may get one of my Fascia (sp) cut and the spur removed in January :knife:
