    Our first possession was so textbook of whats wrong with the offense. Penalty negated the great 1st down play. Then on the replay of 1st, Jake tried to force the downfield pass instead of taking the dump off and cutting 2nd down to 7-10 yards. Then we predictably try to run (loss of 2), and our 3rd down play is designed for field position, conceding we'll punt.

    It's so annoying. If Jake hits Goodson or whomever coming out of the backfield, we have a chance to keep that drive alive. Stop forcing it.

    Awesome to see the defense nut up in response. Best theyve played so far this preseason.

    not too worried about the O's thought process right now. They're doing things to eval. They're taking it to a physical front.
    But, all the same I'd not worry as much about the field position, when you're 2nd and 10+ just go shotgun and watch the pass.

    Jake looking human again. Didn't set into his throws, movement in the pocket is good but that Moose pass was high.


    Nice route King! The first two on the depth chart really responded to Barnidge being thrown in there, and now he's apparently not out there so high again.
